How to increase the internet speed using google DNS ???

Does your Internet speed really irritates you ??  then i suggest you to use Google DNS servers for making your browsing speed faster than before !


What is Google DNS?

Google DNS is a free, global Domain Name System (DNS) resolution service, that you can use as an alternative to your current DNS provider.

How to configure Google DNS servers IP address??

For configuring the Google DNS server you need to follow the following steps


Step 1) Migrate to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center and to top left corner of the screen you will find the following options
Step 2) Now select Change adapter settings option

Step 3) Now select your internet connection ( if you are using local internet then you have to select the Local area connection or if you are using DSL or Modem connection then you have to select the broadband connection or if you are using local wireless connection then you have to select the wireless network connection )
Note : - Names of the connection may vary from computer to computer , So dont expect the same names in your system too .

Step 4) Right click on the connection and select properties

Step 5) Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (Ipv4 ) and select properties
Step 6) Select Use the following DNS server addresses option and enter 8.8.8.8 has preferred DNS server and 8.8.4.4 has Alternate DNS server and ViceVersa will also work

Step 7) After Entering the DNS servers IP address just click Ok

Now you should be able to browse the web pages faster than before !!
