Did IOS 5.0.1 update fix battery problem iphone 4s ???

Apple's  main aim behind releasing the IOS 5.0.1 update is to fix battery issues of Iphone 4s , but some users say their batteries are still losing charge at a fast rate.

Many users have said that there batteries are draining as same as before in Apple support forums .

We should even look at other side of the coin , several people on the Apple Support Forum say the fix did help them. But it is true that the update didn't fully address the issue or that other factors may be involved.


But complaints seem to be on the rise every now and then . Today's  smartphones run a variety of apps and services in the background, all of which can easily drain battery life. New IOS vulnerability allows intruders to capture the user credentials

Security expert Charlie Miller has found a flaw in code signing on iOS devices that allows developers to inject malware apps into the apple app store without being detected by Apple . If any IOS user downloads that app and installs that app in there IOS device then intruders can read user’s contacts, make the phone to vibrate , they can change your phone ringtone, steal user’s photos whenever they needed .

Hope Apple introduces more security in there App Store , as of now we suggest you to stay away from unknown apps .

New Gmail App for Iphone

 Google is preparing to launch a native iOS application for Gmail, offering some expanded capabilities beyond the current mobile-optimized version for Safari. According to Siegler's sources, the app may even have already been submitted to Apple for App Store approval.

Google is on the verge of launching their native Gmail app, multiple sources tell me. In fact, I believe it has already been submitted to Apple for review. If it gets approved, it should be out soon. And I think it’s going to be approved.

This is great news for a couple of reasons. First: native Gmail app! Awesome. Second: those who have seen the app tell me it’s pretty fantastic. Perhaps even surprisingly so.

Among the key features said to make their debut in the app are push notifications, Priority Inbox filtering, and simple one-click starring of specific messages.

Iphone 4s siri jailbreak allows siri to speak on iphone 4g and ipod touch 4g

Iphone 4s siri has been jailbroken by Ireland-based hacking team .

Ireland-based hacker over the weekend claimed they got Apple's voice-enabled digital assistant functioning properly on an iPhone 4 and a fourth generation iPod Touch.

The hacker teams solved the problem using code for the Siri port developed earlier this month, as well as software authentication tokens from a jailbroken iPhone 4S. Screenshots of the hack were posted to Twitter as well as two YouTube videos demonstrating the Siri port, one of which was given exclusively to 9-to5 Mac.

One of the biggest feature of SIRI is ‘commands,’ also known as ‘talking to your phone.” Most people know its main abilities but here are few tips and capabilities of this feature.

Did you know that SIRI can:

• Understand many basic symbols, emoticons and punctuation marks, as long as you say them by the right name. Examples include “open parenthesis”, “close square bracket”, ” “frowned face”, “new paragraph”, “pound sign”, etc.

You should choose among and ask the SIRI[Punctuation/symbols/emoticons]

• Play not just a song, but a whole playlist for you.

The keywords are Play playlist [playlist name]

• Give you a short list of e-mails from the contact you ask for.

You should command the following words: Find all email by [contact]

• Show you all your appointments for today, tomorrow, or any date, you wish.

You should say: what’s on my calendar for [date]

• Search the competition for you, if Google is not your cup of tea.

Say the phrase: Search [Bing/Yahoo]

• Search for. Whether you want the latest scores, show times, etc., if you phrase it just right, SIRI can often find it for you.

You need to say: Search [Google/Bing/Yahoo] for [specialized information] [time] [place]

• Tell you the name of that actor you know you have seen before but just cannot remember.

To receive an answer, ask: Who was in the cast of [movie]?

• Delete all alarms, not just individual ones.

Just say: Delete all alarms

• Message your status right to it, if you have set it up on any social network that lets you update via SMS.

The keywords for Siri are: Message [Social network] [Status]

• Re-spring the Springboard. It is not a full reboot, but it is faster.

Use the word Restart.

What's Wrong with Iphone 4s battery ???

Security technology company Sophos published, the Siri on iPhone 4S exists security vulnerability, people can use the phone even in the screen locked.

Many people like the Siri oniPhone 4S, but this app flawed in security. The iPhone 4S also supports Siri running even if iPhone’s screen locked. That means if users need to quickly make a phone call or a massage, they will not need to unlock the screen.

Iphone 5 details

iPhone5 will have a bigger screen, scratching all the way to the side edges of the device. Screen will have a similar construction to the same part on the iPhone 4, but as you can see, the panel reaches almost all the way out to the edges of the device. There’s more screen area on the top and bottom as well. The phone has a much thinner bezel as well.

Another sensation is that observers noticed a tell-tale signs that point to an A5 processor inhabiting the new iPhone 5 while examining the iOS4.3. This is the same chip that gives the iPad 2 its spanking drive!
